Eight reasons why your link will be rejected.
1. We will reject any links which are not Property Industry, you must be working property development to have a listing.

2. We also do require a reciprocal link from your site to ours, this another reason why your link will be rejected. We do not charge for this service, this is free submission. Plain English, if you do not link from your site to ours, you will be rejected! You will need to add this link on your web site your self or ask your web company, but we must see the link, by adding the web address / URL in Reciprocal URL field below, before your listing will be approved.
3. Links Page
We also are getting lots of submissions from sites that don't link their LINKS page from main part of the site, we check to see if the links page is working. If your links page is not in the menu, please do not submit because we will reject.
4. Blogs
Not interest in exchanging links with your blog, the links page has to part of the main site.
5. Do NOT URL link
We are not interested in seen a URL (http://www.propertydirectory.org.uk) as a link.
6. Display Company Address
If your website does not display your company address, we are now rejecting sites. The web has too many scammers, if you submission does not match your address on the your website, if we cannot find, we will not except it.
7. Title of your website
The title of your website needs to be title of your company, not what you sell. We will change this if you meet all our requirements.
8. Caterories
If your list does not match the caterory you have submitted we also will reject you. If you want a new catergory please contact us Regional Portals
