Maria Free and Mark Holt have over 35 years combined estate agency experience and after being made redundent have utilised their redundancy payments to launch this innovative new company.
“We realise that there are literally thousands of people wanting to move but can't because of the lack of complete chains” says Director Maria, “but with the launch of swapproperty we will be able to arrange property swaps or part exchanges without the need for chains”.
“It's just like a dating agency for property” adds Mark, “and it's our job to find a match made in heaven!”
